SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed by 12.00am will be shipped by the following business day. Depending on your location, delivery is approximately 2-14 business days. We cannot be responsible for delays by our delivery partners. Delivery prices are based on weight and location. Exact rates for your purchase are calculated on the checkout page. Currently, we offer shipping to the USA up to 3kg or our standard monthly pack.

Australian Shipping

All parcels will be delivered via Courier or Australian post (dropped at your letterbox or door).

Australia Express Shipping 1-3 business days (for most metro areas)

Australia Standard Shipping 3-6 business days (for most metro areas)

Order delivery times are provided as a guide only; once shipped, our reliance is on the service provider. Rural areas in Australia and overseas may add additional delivery to the time frame. International Shipping

Please note on international shipping: the recipient will be liable for any local duty, taxes and other import costs that customs may charge. For all International orders, we use DHL delivery.

Lost/stolen packages

Cold Bath Co does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items when being sent out or returned to us. If your parcel is missing, we will work with the courier company to try and resolve and locate the parcel. Please check that your address is correct when ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility or refund if an item has been returned to us due to this issue. We will contact you and ask for the correct address to arrange re-delivery if the parcel is returned to us at standard shipping costs.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Our product page contains all the information you require to make an informed decision about purchasing our product. Please use the information carefully before you make your purchase as we do not refund for change of mind. 

If you have received a faulty or damaged product or your parcel has been damaged in shipment, please contact us via email to describe your issue and provide images. It will be at the discretion of Cold Bath Co to authorise a replacement product or a refund.
