Is your product Australian made and owned?

Yes. Cold Bath Co's products are proudly Australian Made and Owned.

Do you add any artificial colours or fragrances?

Cold Bath Co uses no artificial colours or fragrances in its products.

Are all bath salts natural?

No. Many brands of Epsom Salt are artificially manufactured in factories, whilst some bath salts of a lower quality are cleaned using non-natural methods. The bath salts sold by Cold Bath Co are 100% natural and sustainably sourced from authentic locations worldwide. We only source the highest quality, which does not require cleaning.

How often should I be taking a cold bath using your formulation?

We believe this protocol should be incorporated into your weekly health routine for the best results. Cold Bath Co believe that regular cold salty bathing in our unique formulation 2-3 times per week can deliver many health benefits.

How do bath salts work?

This question has long occupied the minds of both the advocates and critics of bath salts. For many years there was debate about whether the minerals from bath salts could be absorbed into the human skin through soaking. Many claimed it did happen, some disagreed altogether, while others said that it is the combination of the salts and the ultra-violet radiation from the sun that is the reason why the Israeli beach vacation cure works. Luckily, in 2006 Rosemary Waring (a British biochemist at the University of Birmingham) ended the debate. She undertook scientific work which proved that magnesium is well absorbed by the skin through bathing. Waring measured this by measuring magnesium and sulphate in the blood and urine before and after people had bathed in Epsom salts. She found them to be higher after the baths – with 16 out of 19 people having more magnesium and sulphate in their blood after the baths than before. This has proven that the minerals from bath salts can be absorbed into the human skin, which explains how they might work.

What payments do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal and Afterpay, including all major credit card providers, such as Mastercard and Visa.

Is my credit card secure?

Yes. We use a leading encryption service to process your payment. Your credit card information is hidden from our team.

Do you offer refunds?

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as it becomes available. This usually takes between 24 - 48 hours.

Do you have a subscription service?

Yes. Our subscription service is optional; however, you can still buy our product as a one-off purchase without a monthly subscription. The option to opt-in for a subscription will be presented at checkout.

What does your subscription service involve?

By opting into our subscription service, you will receive our monthly supply of bath solutions (8x packets) delivered to your door each month, and in doing so, you will receive a 10% discount on every order. The payment will be deducted from your account automatically, and the product will be sent as soon as the payment is processed. You are able to skip months when needed and cancel your subscription after two months.

Can I use Afterpay on your subscription service?

Unfortunately, Afterpay does not allow subscription services in conjunction with their service. If you would like to use our subscription service and take advantage of the 10% off per month, you will need to use PayPal or a credit card.

Can I skip my next subscription or place it on hold?

Yes, you can. If you want to make any changes to your subscription, you can manage the date, frequency, payment method and shipping details in your customer portal. Alternatively, we can update this on your behalf, please email info@coldbathco.com.

Do I need to commit to a minimum subscription period?

No you don’t. Swap, pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your customer portal.

Can I add a discount code on top of the subscription discount?

Unfortunately a discount code cannot be added on top of a subscription discount.
